Does anyone know how to color a map of counties in New Jersey with 3 colors, without touching the sides?

I really really need it soon! :]

It is impossible. 4,5,6 Some counties counties.You affect other colours.See must use more different map below: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:New_Jersey_Counties_Labeled.svg
