Antique County
What is like living in Folsom, California (not the prison of the city)?

This question is for people who have moved Orange County, California, Folsom, California. The culture, weather, things to do, the traffic conditions of employment (both are currently unemployed and seeking employment – I: Photo Art of the retail store or antiques, college professor husband), cost of living, housing costs (purchase and rental), neighborhoods, etc. My husband and I are relocating from Orange County, California, Folsom, Calif., in a few months and I know nothing about the area. Can anyone give me some ideas of what it is like there compared with Orange County? I know that culture and people are like, especially for a childless couple in our mid 40s. In Orange County we live in a neighborhood upper class and hope to find a comparable neighborhood when we move. We intend to rent a house for the first year and then buy a house.

Hi, I have lived around this area (Citrus Heights, Lincoln, Rockin) There are cheaper areas that are as nice as Folsom, but not as dear, I would be in Rocklin. The cost of living is higher in Folsom and Granite Bay, and other areas around them. And the costs of housing can be in millions of dollars because of Folsom Lake, I think something like as an average of $ 500,000 in Folsom, but you can go to Rocklin and get the same $ 250,000 house. It has everything to do with the lake. Buy near the water, it goes back. And the rental costs are very high. We live in Lincoln soon now and pay $ 900 for a room of 2, but when we were looking around, which cost almost $ 1200 by a small 2 bedroom apartment in Folsom. Traffic not so bad in Orange County, the only street that is really congested and only during Folsom Blvd everning morning and at rush hour (6-9 and 4 pm to 6:30 pm ISH) at other times is fine. Folsom Weather can have time for the Sacrament itself or only a few degrees. Folsom is best for the people of your age, compared to other areas, I would say. In general, things are beautiful Folsom, near the lake so much fun to do is an old city hut and is pretty out there. But the decline, is one of the most expensive cities in the area for you to live in a nice city, but not having enough money to do fun things!.
