Medical Illustrations

One of my passions is to advocate for representation in medical education and create awareness of health disparities.
Growing up, I watched my brother sketch out his anatomy diagrams as he taught me the different lobes of the brain. At age 5, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the human anatomy and this collection represents an intersection of various interests of mine: medical education, advocacy and creating awareness. My art highlights some skin conditions that are stigmatized in some parts of the world, medical. conditions that disproportionately affect black people and other pieces that illustrate different concepts.
